Hi my city at 17th of January
Though you're neither a city nor real metropolis
Metropolises are the biggest ones, I've heard so
Then are the cities and then you
I walk your streets
They are empty, and do you know why?
It's over -20 Celsius degrees outside
And I'm not even wearing a bonnet
That's foolish, isn't it?
Hi my city at 5th of May
I like your streets, they're nice to walk
But people, they are rude, most of them
They don't even smile me back, think I'm a lunatic
That's foolish at least, right?
Hey, bench of park, how're you today?
Do you mind if I sit on you for a while,
To read news and to watch the birds singing
Right next to me, in the tree.
It's a maple tree
Maple trees have nice-shaped leaves
Like in the logo of Toronto's hockey team
Although I'm a fan of Boston Bruins.
That's pretty funny too, right?
Or, never mind.
